He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harold J Springfield of Henderson and Arleene Springfield. He is survived by: his wife Tina Springfield; his sons, Travis Springfield (Kayla) of Laneville and Trenton Springfield of Laneville; his siblings, Gaye Haskins (Tony Haskins) of Nacogdoches, Taryn Howell (Harold Howell) of Henderson, Vicki Sadler (Rick Sadler) of Henderson and Scott Springfield (Michelle) of Henderson; his mother-in-law Jean Moore; his brother-in-law Charles Moore (Amy Moore) of Long Branch; and his grandchildren, Lyla Springfield and Lane Springfield of Laneville.
