He was predeceased by: his parents, Margueritte Elizabeth Smith (Holcomb) and Herschal Smith; his daughter-in-law Beth Warren; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth McAnally and Larry Rhea.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Smith; his sons, Edward Warren (Lesa), David Warren and Sean Smith; his sister Hershey Cox (Bob); and his grandchildren, Tyler Warren (Carly), Jessica Warren, Aaron Warren and Blair Warren (Jordan). He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
