He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Lee Duke Sr. and Oscar Lee "Rosie" Powell Duke; his son Ricky Allen Duke; and his grandchildren, Ashly Charlene Thompson Snyder and Dustin Martin Kennedy.
He is survived by: his wife Molly Fain Yates Duke; his children, Annette Duke, Barbara Thomley (Jeff), Matt Moser, Spencer Duke (Sheri), Katryna Curl, Jeff Gladden (Yvette), Mendy Powell (Dewayne) and Jana Kirby (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Nick Thompson, Olivia Kennedy, Kris Henson, Cecil Biddle, Brittany Kuntz, Annie Hollister, Steven Robertson, Sidney Robertson, Seth Gladden, Kate Gladden, Jordy Gaddis, Mikey Gaddis, Meghan Nizovteev, Sierra Duncan, Taylor Kelso, Cody Kirby and Katie Freeman.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church (211 Co Rd 140, Nacogdoches, TX 75965).
