She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Rodriguez and Hilaria Rodriguez; her former husband Joe Garza; and her sons, Joe Garza, Jr. and Ralph Garza.
She is survived by: her husband Grady Chappa; her daughters, Carmen Hasselbach (Jon), Patricia Knickles and Yolanda Terrell; her stepdaughter Linda Cherry (Doug); her grandchildren, Bernadette (Robert), Stephanie (Shane), Frankie (Brandon), Joey, Austin, Elliott, Brittany, Marissa, Anthony, Ella, Lucas (Karla), Auriel, Dominique and Evelina; her great grandchildren, Brynna, Morgan, Clarissa, Bailey, Sebastian, Shiloh, Beau, Rian, Miles, Salvador, Sophia and Amelia; her great great grandchild Onyx; and her siblings, Edmundo, Carlos, Oralia, Roy and Rosalinda. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
