Fields; her daughters, Kristi Shirley, Wendy Dalton and Kim Edwards (Ryan); her grandchildren, Kailie Worley, Courtney, Michael, Blake Dalton, Jordan, Joseph Gulledge and Rylee Edwards; her brother Mike Fields (Cathie); her sister-in-law Cathie Fields; and her nieces, Candace Fields and Kellie Hill. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
