He was predeceased by: his parents, Willa Deen "Billie" and Herbert E. Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hoover; and his children, Sabrina, David (Deborah) and Jason (Veronica). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many in-laws, nephews, and nieces.
