He was predeceased by: his wife Willie Pearl Tuley (Hazel); his parents, Jerman Allen and Lula Maude Tuley (Aldridge); and his siblings, Bud Tuley, Foy Lee Tuley, Raymond Tuley, Eula May Worley and Pauline Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
