He was predeceased by: his father Robert Morse McNeil. He is survived by: his mother Linda Lou Hill McNeil; his sister Kimberly McNeil Springfield (Dale); his niece Jennifer Watts (Adam Eubanks); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camron, Hudson, Addisyn and Kolton; his nephew Chad Kelly Dotson; and his great-niece Amelia.
