He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tuley and Margaret Tuley; and his sister Dorothy Tuley Patterson. He is survived by: his son Kevin Tuley (Kristie Brewer); his grandchildren, Joel (Eleana), Hannah Tuley, Amy Tuley and Kydall Harris; his brother Gene Tuley (Elaine); and his daughter-in-law Linda Cedillo. He is also survived by 2 nieces; 12 nephews; and numerous extended family and friends.
