He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andy Franklin and Alice Lee Parker (Mason); his significant other Dorothy Mae Parker; his son Harvey Lee Parker, Jr. (Amber); his grandchildren, Justin C. Parker (Karen), Krystal R. Dutton (Jeremy) and Naomie H. Parker-Wollard; and his great grandchildren, Baylee G. Pritchett-Kirby, Klinton P. Kirby, Katelynn R. Parker, Davis L. Parker and Krystin L. Kirby.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Harvey's name to the Trinity Cemetery Association.
