She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Martinez and Delfina Martinez; her daughter Laura Guadalupe Gonzalez-Rodriguez; her great grandchild Chloe Jade Rodriguez-Jones; and her sister Maria Luisa Mercado.

She is survived by: her husband Rodolfo Flores Gonzalez; her children, Maria Cristina Gonzalez-Esparza, Rodolfo Gonzalez Jr. (Elizabeth), Gerardo "Jerry" Gonzalez (Kelly), Elizabeth Gonzalez, Adriana Cazares (Rolando), Graciela "Gracie" Gonzalez and Mario Gonzalez Sr.; her son-in-law Frank Rodriguez; and her siblings, Rodolfo Martinez, Juan Martinez, Eliseo Martinez, Leonardo Martinez, Pedro Martinez, Lucila Luna, Delfina Abundis, Elisa Cantu and Esperanza Duenas. She is also survived by mother and extraordinary grandmother to her 24 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
