He is survived by: his wife Loyce Marie Dyess Moore; his daughters, Patricia Gail Briggs (Bob) and Julie Spradlin (Kirk Smith); his grandchildren, Shelly Hall Moran (Lucky Louque), Cole Spradlin (Erin) and Holt Spradlin (Liz); his great grandchildren, Jackquelin Grider (Matt), Marcey Posada (Paco), Maci Spradlin, Kylie Spradlin and CJ Spradlin; and his great great grandchildren, Caroline, Abigail, Matthew and Madeleine Grider. He is also survived by brothers, brothers in law, and friends.
