He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Gatlin and Zelda Gatlin; his in-laws, Donald and Joan Colaluca; and his brother-in-law Norman Colaluca.
He is survived by: his significant other Lisa; his children, Tyler, Ami (Woo), Shelbi, Anthony (Abi-Assaf) and Paden; his siblings, Marla (Rick McGinnis) and Del (Marilyn Gatlin); his in-laws, Victor Colaluca, Lisa Colaluca, Nancy, Jon Hooper, Mark Colaluca, Faye Colaluca, Andrew and Debra Colaluca; and his aunt Velma Davis. He is also survived by many cousins; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Byrum Funeral Chapel (425 N Dallas Ave, Lancaster, TX 75146). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
