He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Steve Kuykendall (Mary Ann) and Clint Kuykendall (Tammy); his grandchildren, Clint Kuykendall (Brittany), Heath Kuykendall and Addison Kuykendall; his great grandchild Lydia; and his siblings, Loetta Whitley, Don Kuykendall, Travis Kuykendall and Jerry Kuykendall. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and most recently, his new great-granddaughter.
