She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lewis and Ira Ola Goss Lewis; her husbands, Donald Boivin and Leroy Forbes, Sr.; and her brother Weldon Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Boivin (Susan), Rhonda Boivin Arapis (Blake) and Randy Boivin; her stepsons, Leroy L. Forbes, Jr., Eric Forbes, Michael Forbes, David Forbes and Jeremy Forbes; her grandchildren, Britt Boivin, Dylan Boivin, Ashely Clark, Anthony Reyna, Aaron Reyna and Kelsey Boivin; her stepgranddaughter Nicole Arapis; and her siblings, Waymon E. Lewis, Sr., Wendell E. Lewis, Sr., Wynona D. Lewis-Mathews and Wylinda D. Lewis-Cook. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made in Wanda's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Lampasas Animal Shelter.
