It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Waters of Lampasas, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Boyd and Eslie Boyd (Combs); her husband Patrick George Waters; her daughter Patty Metheny; and her sister Betty Warrington.
She is survived by: her sons, John Waters (Gari Lee), Ron Waters (Brenda) and Dan Waters; her brothers, Bill Boyd and Ben Boyd; her grandchildren, Brian Langstaff, Angie Waters, Clinton Waters, Jesse Metheny and Jamie Metheny; and her great grandchildren, Dean, Jase, Jaxon, Warren and Orion. She is also survived by numerous other great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sneed - Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550).
