She is survived by: her significant other Jonathan Elliott Clark III; her children, Sandra Lee Schaffner and Jonathan Elliott Clark IV; her grandchildren, Allison Jean Hembree and Thomas Roger Hembree; her great grandchildren, Simone Renea Monroe and Royce Thomas Hembree; and her sisters, Roz Puleo of Nahant and Carolyn Arduini of Montreal, Canada.. She is also survived by friends, and horses.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local equestrian organization in her honor.
