He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann of Santa Ana, CA; his children, Carol Jarvis of Lancaster, CA, Jennifer Howard Merchant (Dwayne) of Stanton, CA and Ted Lawrence Howard (Melissa) of Costa Mesa, CA; his grandchildren, Nichole, Kurstin, Lil Billy, Dylan, Serina, Ian and Freyja; his great grandchildren, Khloe, Rylan, Samantha, Caelyn and Grace; his close friend Angel Norton; and also, Anaya, Cameron, Darrian, Kim Noel, Kayla Castruita, Rachel Gray, Jolene Osborne, Amanda Whitehill, Amy Stremming, Gary Ranck, Richard Rojas, Bob Davis, Donna Foster, Caroline Martinez, Maria Villanueva, Yvonne Chaney and Yong Bowden.
