He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lee Kelley and Clara Elizabeth Gray Kelley; his wife Ima Kelley; and his son-in-law Robert J. Ziminskas. He is survived by: his children, Jim Kelley (Sheryl) and Trish Ziminskas; his sister Dorothy Everett; his grandsons, John Eric Ziminskas, Perry Ray Kelley and James Ryan Ziminskas; and his great grandchildren, Preslee Kelley, Clara Elizabeth Ziminskas, John Andrew Ziminskas, James Ryan Ziminskas II and Robert John Ziminskas II.
