He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Clark (Lum) and ZuElla Caskey Clark; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his son Travis Clark (Jeni); his wife Sherri Juby; his grandchildren, Emma, Hudson and Kennedy; his brother Larry (Treva); his sisters-in-law, Glenda Poulos and Judy Smith (Kenneth); and his mother-in-law Mary Juby. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
