He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Benita and Louis Maldonado. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Maldonado; his children, Christian Nicholson and Megan Marie Maldonado (Richard Powers III); his brother Felipe Maldonado (Mary); and his grandchildren, Saylor Emerie Whitley and Brooke Anne Powers.
A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Sneed - Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550). Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (701 N Key Ave, Lampasas, TX 76550).
