She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Fretwell and Billie Carpenter; her stepmother Reba Fretwell; her sister Suellen Samuels; her brother-in-law Bob Samuels; her stepsister Juanice Cunningham; her nephew Glen Cunningham; and her stepbrother Charlie Simon.
She is survived by: her spouse Baxter Ranch; her sons, Randy (Donna Baxter) of San Saba and Stephen (Sally Baxter) of Bend, Texas; her grandchildren, Laura Terry, Dana Homeyer, Shane Baxter and Savannah McCoury; her sister Melissa Casbeer of Lampasas; and her close friend Wendell Jones of Lampasas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lampasas Methodist Church (2 Alexander Ln, Lampasas, TX 76550). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Lampasas Methodist Church.
