He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Wilford Detrick and Lillie Inez Detrick (Mason). He is survived by: his wife Kay Jackilene Garoutte; his children, Charles Detrick (Margie) of Austin, TX, Cathrine Detrick Chambers of Burnet, TX and Elizabeth Browder (Jason) of Bakersfield, CA; his grandchildren, Shawn Chambers of Kyle, TX, Megan Chambers of Atlanta, GA, Tom Barton (Rebecca) of Austin, TX and Kate McCorcle (Aaron) of Leander, TX; his great grandchildren, Jackson Barton, June Barton and Ethan McCorcle; and his siblings, Susan Detrick of Lampasas, TX and Bill Detrick (Linda) of Josephine, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
