He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Raymond and Dorothy Ann Brookshire (Yost). He is survived by: his brother Kent (Falanika); his daughter Tisha; his son-in-law Philip, Jr.; his grandsons, Philip III and Kent; his significant other Ida Crane; and his daughters, Antonia, Whitney, Faith and Mazie Ann.
