He is survived by: his wife Marlene Browning; his great grandchildren, Paisley Michelle Otwell, Baby Harrington and Baby Lively; his children, Jeanne Ann Walthall of Cheyenne, WY, Joe Marlin Moss of Odessa, TX and Lisa Lively; his grandchildren, Keri Prichard, Kristi Walthall, Zachary Lively and Ashley Lively; his great grandchild Audrey Raye Prichard of Cheyenne, WY; and his sister Nellie Moss Haynes of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
