With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmie Ray Prince Sr. of Lampasas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Prince and Dorothy Prince (Fowble); his former wife Tommie Prince; and his siblings, Harry, Oscar Houston, Wallace, Daisy and Flora.
He is survived by: his wife Lupe Prince; his sons, Jimmie Prince, Jr. and Joe Prince (Elena); his stepson Edmundo R. Monarque (Monica); his brothers, John Prince (Joann) and Glen Prince (Marie); his grandsons, Dylan Prince and Patrick Prince; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Eddie, Jr., Eddie Richard, Victoria, Christina and Jacob; and his nephew David Prince. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sneed - Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
