He is survived by: his wife Hannah; his children, Devin Hale of Eugene, OR, Amber Hale of Eugene, OR and Ella Beth Hale of Lampasas; his parents, J. D. Slingerland (Terry) of Paducah, TX and Vicki Hale of Corpus Christi, TX; his siblings, Tiffani Cisneros (Gabe) and Josh Hale (Thoa) of Corpus Christi, TX; and also Ella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
It was Jeremy's fervent wish that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his daughter's education fund.
