He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Perkins; his children, David Perkins, Damon Perkins (Connie), Dee Ann Howard (Gene) and Debra Jones (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Hollie Smith, Dustin Jones, Marcus Perkins, John Taylor, Amie Cox, Marielle Chambers, Ashley Langley, Kodie Perkins, Britlyn Griffith, Bryce Perkins, Paige Pharr and Megan Cooley. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
