He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Edward and Dicie Beatrice Garner; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Witcher; and his children, Debby Hardin (Ross) and Mark Garner (Connie). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sneed Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
