With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garland S. Hatley of Lampasas, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hatley and Emma Gardner Hatley; his brothers, Don and Dale Hatley; and his son Donald Hatley.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hatley; his children, Ronald Hatley of Grapevine, Texas, Cherie Jacks and Richard Hatley of Lampasas, Texas; his sister Jean Macy (Bob) of Richardson, Texas; his sister-in-law Betty Hatley (Dale); his grandchildren, Lynda Hatley of Grapevine, Hope Kemper (Michael) of Kingsville, Russell, Sarah, Timothy Jacks of Lampasas, Brandon, John Hatley (JD) of Lampasas, James Barker and Rachel Sherrer of Lebanon, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Bailey, Kyler Jacks, Levi, Presley Rivera of Lampasas, Greyson and Madelyn Kemper of Kingsville, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
