She was predeceased by: her parents, Odas Lee Brooks and Mary Ellen Brooks (Boggs); her son Kenneth Dee Harris; and her siblings, Kenneth Brooks, Edna Brooks Whitehead Baxter, Lucille Brooks Day and Dewey Brooks.
She is survived by: her husband Forrest Dale "Bud" Harris; her daughter Terri Lynn Harris (Wade Allen) of Lometa; her grandchildren, Shane Harris Laughlin (Lyncie) of Goldthwaite and Brooke Ashley Harris of Austin; and her great grandchildren, Axle Harris Laughlin and Mitchell Wade Laughlin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
