It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Carroll (Lampasas, Texas), born in Goliad, Texas, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene A. Perrin and Lois Kathleen Perrin (Brigham); and her husband Fred Mitchell Carroll.
