She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dotson Corder and Rachel Inez Corder (Addison); her sisters, Mary Anne Cure, Rachel Maples, Ruth Neal Patteson and Catherine Harden; and her son David Bishop.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Alton A. Bishop.
