She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Lee Vann, Gene Kennedy of Lampasas, TX, John, Ima Jean Smith of Mullin, TX, Joe Phillips, Anne and Hewlett Smith of West Columbia, TX..
She is survived by: her parents, Clay Phillips and Kirby Phillips (Kennedy) of Lampasas, TX; her grandparents, Mike, Judy Hail of Lampasas, TX, Joe (Chipper), Faylene Phillips of Mullin, TX, Terry and Angela Kennedy of Burnet, TX; and her great-grandparents, Faydell Vann of Lampasas, TX and Wyvonne Kennedy of Post, TX. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in her name to https: //http://www.childneurologyfoundation.org for more research to be done so hopefully one day, no child will have to endure conditions like Claire's.
