He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Fields and Ellen Fields (Warren); and his brothers, Donald Ray Fields and Allen Theodore Fields. He is survived by: his wife Anita Fields (Doyle) of Lampasas; and his siblings, David Leroy Fields of Longview, Johnny Mike Fields of Lampasas, Billie Fields of Lampasas, Robert Lynn Fields (Bobby) of Lampasas, Jasper Kennith Fields of Lampasas, Elizabeth Ellen Hamill of Lampasas, Betty May Fields of Lampasas, Lynda Joyce Kirkham of Lampasas, Rosa Yvonne O'Keefe of Lampasas, Nancy Louise Falk of Lampasas and Deborah Sue Wiles of Kempner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
