She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lavell Smith (Doc) and Jewell Smith; her husband William Ross (Bud); her children, John New of Lampasas, Amanda New of Temple, Jessica Miller of Lampasas and Jared Miller of Lampasas; and her siblings, Andy Smith of Winters, Texas, Barbara (Johnny Plummley) of Winters, Texas, Ann (John Bradshaw) of Abilene, Texas and Joy (Ronnie Curry) of Winters. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
