It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Barefoot (Lampasas, Texas), born in Caldwell, Texas, who passed away on January 13, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Woytek and Bessie Woytek (Vavra); her sons, Gary Wakeman (Kathy), Franklin Wakeman (Doris) and Craig Barefoot (Sheila); her sister Elaine; her grandchildren, Gary Wakeman Jr., Ronnie Wakeman, Chad Hamann, Jason Wakeman, Travis Wakeman, Justin Wakeman and Jessica Kelly; her husband J. C.; and her siblings, Eugene Woytek, Jimmy Woytek and Evelyn Waller. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren 2 great great-grandchildren.
