He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Joe Mooney; his brother David Brian Mooney; his grandparents, Alice Mooney, Eli Mooney, Alma Davis and Fred Davis; and his uncle Robert F. Maynard.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Mooney of Lamesa; his brothers, Richard Eugene Mooney (Malissa Deanna) of Sheffield and Robert Wade Mooney of O'Donnell; his nieces, Amanda Hope Pulliam (Keith Ryan) of Midland, Sara Diane McKandles (David Paul) of Midland, Aubrey Clair Pulliam of Midland and Cora Gray McKandles of Midland; and his aunt Javonna Sue Maynard of Powell. He is also survived by nephew; numerous nieces and cousins.
