He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Paul and Fay Paul (Wells); and his wife Theresa Deneen Tucek. He is survived by: his children, Tysha Jeneen Miller (Russell), Tyrell Justin Paul and Tray Ryan Paul (Lacey Norris); his grandchildren, Teagan, Tayte, Tinslee Miller and Lakyn Paul; his sisters, Mardel Provence (Jeff) and Dallas Cherry; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Waltine Tucek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
