He is survived by: his wife Frances Barron Cuellar of Lamesa, TX.; his children, Jo Ann Baltazar (Raul Baltazar) of Lamesa, TX., Jessica Cuellar of Lamesa, TX. and Ronnie Cuellar (Katie Cuellar) of Lamesa, TX.; his daughter-in-law Maggie Cuellar of Lubbock, TX.; his grandchildren, Jacolby Cuellar, Isabella Cuellar, Jordan Cuellar, Jose Angel Cuellar, Nicholas Cuellar, Justice Baltazar, Ivan Baltazar, David Gomez and Kassidy Gomez; his great grandchildren, Bray Cuellar, Jacob Cuellar, Anastacia Moreno, Nyeli Moreno, Jaylee Cuellar and Penelope Moreno; and his sister Inez "Anna" C. Perez of Big Spring, TX.. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
