He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Annie Lucy Lobstein (Crow); and his siblings, Edith Chambers, Lorene Lobstein, Estelle Mickey, Albert Lobstein, Clarence Lobstein and Wilburn Lobstein.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Lobstein; his daughters, Londa Tharp (Blair) of Seminole and Lori Bagwell of Seminole; his sister Marie Derington (Derrell) of Lamesa; his grandchildren, Haden Tharp (Peighton) of Sparenberg, Kinsey Knelsen (Dennis) of Seminole, Jarrett Bagwell of Lubbock and Jason Bagwell of Seminole; and his great grandchild Kolter Tharp of Sparenberg.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Branon Funeral Home (403 N Austin Ave, Lamesa, TX 79331). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crestview Baptist Church (610 N Avenue V, Lamesa, TX 79331).
