Maudie Ruth Tanner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maudie Ruth Tanner of Lamesa, Texas, who passed away on June 13, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Leroy Chapman and Maudie Jane Reed; and her siblings, Maldie, Ludie Mae and Lucille.
She is survived by: her spouse Carrell Don Tanner; her daughter Carrellyn Steinert (Mark); her stepdaughter Phyllis Martin; her granddaughter Angela Martin; her nieces, Georgia Vanginault (JC) and Sally Murray; and her nephew Billy Small (Sue). She is also survived by three great nieces; and three great nephews; plus many great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Klondike Baptist Church or Angels Care Hospice in her name.
