She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie Sr. Forehand and Jessie Forehand (Holt); her husband Jimmy; her siblings, Joyce, Charles, Gloria, Hugh and James; and her great grandchild Luke Airhart.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Jones (Sam) of Leonard, Texas, Tracey Harris (Brian) of Lamesa, Texas, Tanya Harley (Jerry) of New Home, Texas and Todd Airhart (Sonnya) of Frisco, Texas; and her siblings, Jean Dunlap of Levelland, Texas, Steve Forehand (Linda) of Bentonville, Arkansas and Artie Forehand (Margie) of Marlow, Oklahoma..
In her honor and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Dawson County Library or the Dawson County Senior Center.
