He is survived by: his children, Moses O'Balle of New Braunfels, TX. and Priscilla O'Balle of New Braunfels, TX.; and his sisters, Elisa O'Balle Olvera (Clemente Olvera, Sr.) of Lamesa, TX., Emeralda Gonzalez of Uvalde, TX., Martha O'Balle Luna of Lamesa, TX., Maria Isabel O'Balle Ogeda of Brownfield, TX. and Francisca O'Balle Diaz (Cirenio Diaz) of Garden City, TX.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and relatives.
