She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Inez Sanchez and Lenora Sanchez; her husband Pascual Acevedo; her siblings, Inez Sanchez, Jr., Salvador Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, Soyla Martinez and Olivia Cisneros; her daughters, Irma Acevedo of Lamesa, Rosa Gonzalez (George Lara) of Lamesa, Grace Cantu (Hector) of Lamesa and Janie Ortiz (George) of Lamesa; her grandchildren, Adam Cantu (Sarah Benitez) and Amanda Cantu; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cantu, Morgan Cantu, Reagan Cantu and Alexis Cantu.

The family welcomes flowers and asks that any memorial donations be made to the John Hagee Ministry for Israel as it was a cause dear to Margarita's heart.
