She was predeceased by: her parents, John Daniel and Beulah Pearl Bates (Richardson); her husband W. T. Jackson; and her sisters, Winnie Perry, Lucille Bunn and Reba Hittson.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Gruben (Barbara) of Lamesa and Nita Davis of Lamesa. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great- grandchildren.
