He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kelley and Alice Kelley (Bingham); his sons, Randy Kelley and Dusty Kelley; his siblings, Lenard Kelley, Peggy Blair, Sue Noel and Patsy Hinkle; his grandchildren, Heather and Taran; and his great grandchild Brooke.
He is survived by: his former spouse Donnie Addison; his wife Nancy Billingsley of Lubbock, TX.; his children, Rocky Kelley of Odessa, TX. and Brandi Brooks (Scott) of Borden County, TX.; and his siblings, Jerry Kelley (Pat) of Las Cruces, N. M. and Marie Kidd of Bridgeport, TX.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
