He is survived by: his children, Priscilla Billalobos of Lamesa and Abam Billalobos of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Thomas Billalobos of Lamesa, Luteria Hernandez of Lamesa and Juana Fernandez of Lamesa; his stepchildren, Gabriel Arbizu of Lubbock, TX, James Arbizu of Lamesa, JoAnn Flores of Lamesa, Lupe Arbizu of Lubbock and Bridget Natividad of Lubbock; and also Lupita Arbizu of Lamesa. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
