She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Chacko Thadathil; her sons, Santos, Ebelardo and Ector; her husband Gregorio Lopez (George); and her daughter Esmeralda. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
She also was a Guadalupana, a society of Mexican-American Catholic women providing leadership and works of charity in the Church, a member of the Cursillistas and Charismatic group.
