He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Parsons and Minnie Parsons (Stovall) of Lamesa; his wife Nancy Patterson; and his siblings, Harold Parsons, Maurice Parsons, Joe Parsons and Nelda Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Parsons (Carol) of Tyler, Leigh Hoes (Tom) of Garland, Judith Holladay (Greg) of Lamesa and Susan Branon (Tommy) of Midland; his brother Nelson Parsons (Myrna) of Lubbock; and his sister-in-law Juanell Harris (Melvin) of Lamesa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Lubbock, or a charity of your choice.
